Amar Chitra Katha brings you the first part of Makers of Modern India, a collection of pre-existing titles about the visionaries who led India through various social, economic and political changes with the goal of progress in mind for our young nation. This collection includes the stories of Sardar Patel, Babasaheb Ambedkar, Anasuya Sarabhai, Ghanshyam Das Birla and Rukhmabai. Without their contributions, it is difficult to imagine India as we know today.
