The new year is a time for resolutions, but also a time for reflection. Reflecting on 2023, undoubtedly what comes to mind is innovations. First is of course the popularization of Large Language Models (LLMs) that are driving Generative AI. Commercialization is also happening on a large scale in areas like drones, chatbots, robots, etc. I sincerely believe that cooperative banks should become leaders in creating innovation within the organization and adopting innovation that emerges in the ecosystem.
