How it works
- It is included with your order. DiscountLock comes with every eligible subscription, where permitted by law. There is no fee, and it locks in your discount for future renewals.
- We email you before every renewal. A heads-up 30 days ahead, then the exact price 7 days ahead. Nothing is charged without notice.
- We renew on your order anniversary. The renewal processes near the end of the term you bought from us, counted from your order date. The new term is added to the end of your current one, so nothing is lost if it renews early.
Every renewal is a regular order in your account with its own order number and its own refund window, so you can review, cancel or ask about it like anything else you have bought from us.
Guaranteed savings at every renewal
When it is time to renew, we look for the best price we can offer. Whatever the publisher's current pricing, you get at least 10% off the list price at the time of renewal, and you see the exact amount in your 7-day email.
If we cannot offer at least a 10% discount, we do not renew automatically. We email you instead and you decide.
You stay in control
Turn DiscountLock off for any subscription, any time, in your account or by contacting us. Your current subscription continues through the end of its term; only future renewals stop. Turning it off cannot be undone for that subscription.
Where DiscountLock is available
DiscountLock is void where prohibited by law and is not available in some states, such as Vermont. If it is not available where you live, it is not applied to your order and your subscription simply ends at the close of its term.
