Your DiscountMags order number is in your order confirmation email and next to every order in My Orders. It is the fastest way for us to find your subscription.
Where to find it
- Order confirmation email: the subject line and the top of the email.
- My Orders: sign in and every order is listed with its number, date and amount.
- Your card or PayPal statement: shows the amount and date, which also let us find the order if you contact us.
The number on your magazine label is not your order number
The account number printed on your mailing label belongs to the publisher's system. We cannot look up your DiscountMags order with it. It is only needed if a print subscription includes digital access on the publisher's site; see What is the account number on my magazine label?.
Cannot find an order?
Gift orders are listed under the purchaser's account, not the recipient's. If you have more than one email address, the order may be under another account. Contact Customer Care with the name and mailing address on the subscription and we will find it.
