Stop future renewals, keep my subscription

Turn off DiscountLock for that subscription. Your current term continues through its end, no further renewals are charged, and nothing is refunded because nothing is cancelled. This cannot be undone for that subscription.

Cancel now and get a refund

End the current order. Within 6 months of the order date you get a pro-rated refund of any issues not yet sent, to your original payment method. Cancelling also stops that subscription's renewals.

Cancel from My Orders

Not sure which?

  • If you are happy with the magazine and just do not want another charge next year, turn off DiscountLock.
  • If you want the money back for the issues you have not received, cancel from My Orders.
  • If a renewal just processed and you did not want it, cancel that renewal order from My Orders. Before the process date it is refunded in full; after, it is pro-rated.

Cannot sign in?

Contact Customer Care with the name and mailing address on the subscription, or your order number, and tell us which of the two you want. We will take care of it.
