What to expect

- Shipping email within 2 to 3 business days, with a tracking number and estimated delivery date.
- Delivery by USPS: 4 to 10 days for standard (Media Mail), 3 to 6 days for expedited.
Shipping cost
Standard: $4.99, plus $1.25 for each additional item. Expedited: $7.81, plus $1.00 for each additional item. Shipping is charged at checkout and is not refunded on returns.
Package late or missing?
Check the tracking link in your shipping email first. If tracking shows delivered but you do not have it, check with neighbors and your carrier. Then contact us with your order number. Lost-package claims must be opened within 30 days of the shipping date (this is separate from the 30-day return window, which runs from delivery).
